Billing
No. Your annual subscription does not automatically renew, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to purchase a new subscription. We will email a reminder before your access expires.
This sometimes occurs if you completed checkout but did not complete the account creation step. Contact support with your receipt email and we will resolve it as quickly as we can, usually within 2 business days.
